Film Reflection

During the past month our group has worked long and hard on our Americas Most Wanted Pathogen movie project. The completed project turned out amazing. The film was edited and presented our message of the disease.

          Our disease was pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. I was proud of the entire movie. I liked how the sound fit in to the movie. I also liked how the scenes were edited and fit together and followed a story line.

          As a group we made lots of decisions that made our movie a success. We decided who would play each part in the production. We also reviewed the scenes together and decided what needed to be changed and how it would fit and come together in the final product. We had to repeat a couple of scenes many times to get a good result.

          Each member contributed to the movie in a great way. For example, Sawyer was the cameraman. I edited the movie and put it into a plot. I was responsible for putting in the text, editing the sound, shortening the clips and adding the end credits. I also played a minor role in caring Cory away.

          Although we were creative in the making of this movie, there are so things that should have been changed or added in the film. We should have changed the color of the font from white to a color that would stick out. Miss.Gnann also gave us the idea to have it in black and white like an older movie. If this movie was not being filmed for school we could also add action scenes such as tackling, kicking and running.

          After hours of filming and editing, the final product came together and displayed our message of pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. We all participated and we all worked to bring this production together. Although we did have some things that were edited out, the film showed the disease and displayed the time we put into it.
